“I just wanted to share my observations from my visits to Ivy Cottage. I have been on three occasions within the last week, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the staff, their relationships with the children and the way in which the home is managed. The environment is warm, friendly and amazingly calm!
It is very clear that there is a wonderful ethos in Ivy Cottage, and this comes from Ben and filters right down through to the rest of the staff team. They have always been welcoming and communication has been great.
My visit to my YP today was the most positive I have had in the 5 months that I have been her SW. she was calm and receptive and seemed really settled. I know it is not always like this and she has had some wobbles but there is a marked difference because of the environment that you have created. Thank you. I can’t wait to see her grow and blossom!”
