Social Worker Feedback:
“I mean it’s fantastic, it was a difficult transition but not through any fault of Halliwell, but the Woodlands made it as smooth as possible. I receive weekly reports, updates, details of any incidents. They have arranged contact with the parents and have supported my young person to make choices. They are flexible and supportive. The staff are great my young person gave the home a rating 7 out of 10, I think that had more to do with peers as she loves the staff. Other authorities have contacted me seeking feedback when placing their children there and I have nothing but positive things to say. My only concern would ever be matching and when a new young person is placed, for my young person’s sake. l feel that if there was ever an issue or concern, that the home would contact me.”
