The employee assistance programme (EAP) can help our employees through any personal or professional issues they might be facing. It’s designed to help you find solutions and get back to some sense of normality as quickly as possible. The service is available 24 hours 7 days a week with a qualified counsellor or advisor.

Halliwell Halliversary – Length of Service Bonus Scheme
From 1st September 2022, every Halliwell colleague will receive a bonus of £100 in their monthly pay immediately following the completion of their first full year at Halliwell. This bonus will increase by £100 for each additional year of service supporting the children at Halliwell up to a maximum of £500. Once you have achieved five years of service you will continue to receive the maximum reward each year. The bonus will be paid in your wages and will be calculated such that you receive the full bonus after tax.
Halliwell Birthday Bonus Scheme
As a thank you for your hard work, and to recognise your loyalty to Halliwell you will receive a payment of £100 to celebrate your birthday. This payment will be made to acknowledge your efforts in spending another year in your role and to applaud you for your support to the children at Halliwell. This bonus will be paid every year, will be paid in your wages and will be calculated such that you receive the full bonus after tax. For example, if your birthday is on 7th October 2022, a payment of £100 will be made at the end of October 2022 when you receive your normal pay
